Ice Cream Therapy

If ever for any nonsense reason you feel a bit low there are ways to cure yourself:

1. Jogging (this is not useful for couch potatoes like me as it is considered a means of torture and the little sniffs and sobbings could transform into screeching loud screams of sorrow :D )

2. You could listen to the following song with a box of tissue and cry until your eyes dry out... (not suggested for research students with busy academic schedules ;-) )

3. Pizza therapy (Pizza Hut happens to be more effective than Canadian pizza However slightly expensive, totally not affordable in the last week of the month and it's time consuming therefore not suitable for emergencies).

4. Results indicate that ice-cream is the easiest, most available and time/Cost efficient method of therapy. The following product happens to work pretty fast...


and as a bonus after you feel better you can even read the label on the back which is actually kind of nice.
